DAMAGE CLAIM
Bob's Garage uses the utmost care in packing all shipments. However, we are aware that sometimes accidents do occur. Delivery to the shipping company constitutes delivery to the customer. Damage claims must be filed with the shipping company within 3 days of delivery.

RETURNS
We make every attempt to fully and accurately describe our products on this website. If additional information is required to insure that you are ordering correctly, our email and phone number is always available.

There are no returns on custom or used parts or on restored pieces. Plus, there are no refunds on deposits taken towards restoration or custom projects.



PRIVACY
Bob's Garage will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Credit card information is only collected on our secure order processing server for the purpose of completing your order. After the order is complete, the credit card information is destroyed.

PRICE
Prices are subject to change at any time without written notification to the customer. Periodic changes in price only reflect the increase in cost of materials or services for the purposes of manufacture.

The Bob's Garage pieces that we build are common only to us.

But, some products we sell are also sold by other companies. We are not the least expensive nor are we the most expensive when it comes to selling these products.

We are simply the best at what we do! We are very service oriented and not just order takers at the other end of the phone. Bob will answer questions that you may have concerning your project or your product needs.

We are usually in during business hours so to place an order or for product questions call 678-494-2996 to speak with Bob.

For service you can't put a price on!!!

OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Bob's Garage will gladly ship orders to overseas (out of the country) addresses. We will only ship overseas using US Postal Service and must have an complete address with postal code and we will only use Express International service. Although it is a little more expensive that regular mail, it provides a tracking number and insurance coverage for the cost of the shipment. Bob's Garage is not responsible for orders lost in shipment overseas (or out of the county) and it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to track and file any insurance claim. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Some items ordered for shipment overseas or outside the continental US are subject to an additional shipping and handling fee for document and/or Customs preparation, and individual handling, i.e. Gas Pump Globes ($10). Please inquire if the items you are ordering for overseas shipping are subject to this additional fee. No returns or refunds on overseas shipments
